In vitro cytotoxic potential of Gymnema sylvestre fractions on HT-29 cell line

The HT-29 colon cancer cell line was used in the current work to investigate anti-cancer efficacy of Gymnema sylvestre extracts. viability, apoptosis, flow cytometry, and mode action active fraction were also evaluated. fractions G. caused cycle arrest at S phase G2/M phase, programmed death. alcoholic showed effect cells. By applying methanolic cells, IC50 observed 140.39 μg/mL, whereas for chloroform 154.44 μg/mL. herbal extract treatment may be developed with help researchers due sylvestre’s properties.
